For this commercial premises in Goes, we have renewed the entire roof. Both the low-rise and high-rise sections were stripped down to the roof boarding. Afterwards, the roof was rebuilt using a PE vapour control layer and 120 mm PIR roof insulation, finished with a 2-layer bituminous roofing system with a white mineral top layer. That light-coloured finish reflects sunlight, keeping the building cooler in summer. The air conditioning units have been neatly repositioned on the new covering. The result: a waterproof, well-insulated roof that will last for years to come. Is your roof also due for roof renovation? Feel free to contact us with no obligation.

For the maintenance of our extension, we were looking for a company that could also install insulation at the same time. Dakdekker Specialist Goes thought very practically about the correct insulation thickness and carried out the job strictly according to agreement. We can already clearly see the difference in indoor temperatures.
