Flat roof insulated and fitted with new bitumen roofing in Goes

Roofing Specialist Goes

New roof extension with PIR insulation

In Goes, we completely renewed the flat roof of this property. The existing roofing material was cleaned and used as a vapour barrier. On top of that, we installed 100mm PIR insulation, with a 40mm gutter path all around so that rainwater drains properly towards the scuppers. A major step in roof insulation and energy saving.

Sleek and waterproof result

As a finish, a 2-layer bituminous roofing system has been applied. All roof penetrations, vents and the connection to the chimney have been redone. The roof is waterproof again for years to come and well insulated.

Have bird netting installed under the bottom roof panel by Dakdekker Specialist Goes. No more nuisance from birds under the roof covering and everything neatly finished.

For the maintenance of our extension, we were looking for a company that could also install insulation at the same time. Dakdekker Specialist Goes thought very practically about the correct insulation thickness and carried out the job strictly according to agreement. We can already clearly see the difference in indoor temperatures.
