In Goes, we fitted the flat roof of a house with a completely renewed top layer. The existing bituminous roofing was aged and in need of a refresh, with the long-term risk of roof leak.
Cleaning, priming and recoating
We first thoroughly cleaned the existing roofing and primed the roof surface for optimal adhesion. After that, a single-layer bituminous roofing system with light grey slate chippings was applied. The roof edges and penetrations were also neatly finished.
