In Goes, we completely renewed the flat roof of this property. The existing roofing material was cleaned and used as a vapour barrier. On top of that, we installed 100mm PIR insulation, with a 40mm gutter path all around so that rainwater drains properly towards the scuppers. A major step in roof insulation and energy saving.

Sleek and waterproof result

As a finish, a 2-layer bituminous roofing system has been applied. All roof penetrations, vents and the connection to the chimney have been redone. The roof is waterproof again for years to come and well insulated.
